In active response to the Board’s call to champion the “spirit of craftsmanship,” the Administration Department and the Joint Party Branch spearheaded a company-wide learning initiative on this theme throughout December. Conducted via a phased, rotational training format, the program reached a total of 276 employee participants. Through interactive Q&A sessions and case studies, the training deepened employees’ understanding of the essence of craftsmanship, encouraging them to integrate a spirit of excellence, professionalism, and dedication into their daily roles, thereby effectively enhancing work quality.
